Day 02: Chennai – Tirupati (170 Kms 04 hrs drive)

Overnight Tirupati After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to visit Chennai city tour, - The Capital city of Tamilnadu and the main centre of this region, visiting Gandhi Memorial, Fort St. George, Kapaleshwar temple, Parthasarthy Temple, Mylapore temple Pantheon Museum & Art Gallery, Marine beach, Later proceed to Tirupati, arrival at Tirupati, check in hotel, refresh and Overnight at Tirupati

Day 03: Tirupati – Kanchipuram (110 Kms 03 hrs drive)

Overnight Kanchipuram After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to visit Lord Venkateshwara - The Lord of seven hills. Tirupathi is a temple town known for the famous ancient temple of Lord Venkateswara Bala Ji. This Shrine is richest shrine in country. Traditionally the pilgrims get their hair shaved. The Image of Bala Ji has the attributes of both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. Shrikalahasti Temple, Later proceed to Kanchipuram, arrival at Kanchipuram, check in hotel, refresh and proceed to visit visit – the ancient capital of the Pallavas famous as a golden city of 1000 Temples and still has 124 shrines is one of the seven most sacred cities of India. Day 04: Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry (180 Kms 04 hrs drive)

Overnight Pondicherry After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Mahabalipuram, arrival at Mahabalipuram and proceed to visit the city - built in 7th century, earlier called Mahabalipuram, this ancient Pallava port, is today the sight of several antique sculptural marvels. In this ancient seaside town, shrines and huge sculptures cut-out of rocks more than 1200 years back during the reign of Pallava Kings in the region can be seen. At the mouth of the river Palar, on large granite hall about 1 km in length from north to south is the site of many monuments, like The Descent of Ganges also known as Arjuna's Penance, this open air sculpture showing the descent of the holy river, Krishna Mandap (Lord Krishna lifting the Mount Goverdhan), The Rathas (dedicated the five Pandavas, showing fine chariots) and the Shore temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Day 05: Pondicherry – Chidambaram – Tanjore (180 Kms 04 hrs drive)

Overnight Tanjore After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to visit a city tour of Pondicherry visit Aurbindo Ashram, the city of dawn, which is 10kms north of Pondicherry. This ashram promotes Aurbindo's ideas in bringing about a synthesis of Yoga and modern science, so as to unite the spirit and matter also visit to Manakula Vinayagar. Afternoon drive to Thanjavur. Enroute visit Chidambaram - also called as Thillai, which has the famous Nataraja temple with the root of the sanctum-sanctorum covered with golden plates is located in the centre of the town covering an area of 40 acres. Day 06: Tanjore – Trichy (50 Kms 01 hr drive)

Overnight Trichy After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to visit Brihadeeshwara Temple, 16th century Shivganga Fort, Palace museum, Later proceed to Trichy, -, situated on the banks of Kaveri River is a blend of history and tradition as well as pilgrim centre, on arrival at Trichy, check in hotel, refresh and proceed to visit Ranganath temple and Jambukeshwar Temple at Srirangam and Rock fort and its temple at a height of over 23mts. Day 07: Trichy – Madurai (150 Kms 02 hrs drive)

Overnight Madurai After breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Madurai, arrival at Madurai, check in hotel, refresh and proceed to city tour of Madurai's history goes back to six centuries before Christ. The Pandyan rulers made this their capital until the 14th Century and the city flowered with the genius of its writers, builders, poets and academics. Then the Nayaks ruled Madurai from the middle of the 16th Century to 1743. The ten tall Gopurams of the Meenakshi Temple were raised during their dynasty. Day 08: Madurai – Rameswaram – Madurai (350 Kms – Two way)

Overnight Madurai After early breakfast proceed to day excursion to Rameshwaram - the most sacred temple town of India is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama is said to have visited before going into battle of Srilanka. This island site where Lord Rama erected Lingam. It is a great pilgrimage centre. Visit the most important temples Ramanth swamy temple and Koithanda Swamy temple both dedicated to Rama. Later drive back to Madurai, Overnight at Madurai

Day 09: Departure – Madurai

After breakfast check out hotel and we transfer you to Madurai airport.
